1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 399bet platform and all associated services. "Platform" refers to the website, mobile application, and any digital service operated by 399bet. "User" or "Member" refers to a registered account holder.

3 Account Registration

Only one account may be opened per person. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

An active mobile number and email address are required when opening an account. The mobile number must be confirmed via OTP verification.

• Username: minimum 6 characters, combining letters and numbers.
• Password: minimum 8 characters, including at least one uppercase letter and one number.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify 399bet immediately and change your password.

Allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited. The registered user will be held responsible for all activity carried out under the account.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following methods are available for deposits and withdrawals on the 399bet platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

399bet offers a welcome bonus of 200% on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable after the bonus amount has been wagered 25 times.

For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳2,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, a wager of ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be completed.

• Each promotional offer has its own applicable terms and conditions.
• Multiple bonuses may not be usable at the same time.

7 Betting Rules

• Exploiting game errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

If any of the above violations are proven, the account will be permanently closed and the relevant authorities may be notified.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity detected on the account.
• Registration using incorrect or false information.
• Failure to provide documents required for identity verification.
• Operating an account from a region where the service is prohibited.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, the opportunity to withdraw any existing balance will be provided.

10 Responsible Gaming
